• Your ticket will remain valid for redemption for 6 months starting from your booking date. 

• Once you board the bus for the first time, the duration of your ticket’s validity will depend on the option you selected during the booking process, ranging from 24 to 72 hours.

• To begin your tour, you must redeem your voucher on the bus tour first. The driver will provide you with both your bus tickets and the tickets for the cruise.

• You cannot redeem your tickets for the cruise directly with the cruise company.

• You can start your tour at any designated bus stop, and mobile tickets are accepted for boarding convenience. 

• The approximate service hours are between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm (Stop 1) from 24 November to 31 March and 9.30 am and 6.30 pm (Stop 1) from 1 April to 31 October.
