The Eiffel Tower Guided Tour allows you to enjoy an English-guided experience of the first and second levels, with elevator access, for €63.

Visitors of all ages can add a visit to the Summit by elevator to this ticket for a price of €75.

Cancellation Policy 

This tour provides a 50% refund if you cancel your tour 24 hours before.

You will get half the money you spend on purchasing this tour experience if you cancel your booking a day before your scheduled time slot.

Meeting Point

You must meet your guide outside the Souvenir shop on 19 Avenue de la Bourdonnais, 75007, Paris.

Don’t enter the shop, as you might miss the guide standing at the front of the shop.

Arrive 15 minutes before the time slot booked, or your ticket will go to waste.

Important Information About this Ticket 

  • Baby strollers, heavy luggage, and glass objects are prohibited inside the Eiffel Tower. You cannot store these items in the Eiffel Tower, so avoid bringing them along. 
  • When entering the Eiffel Tower, you must wait in the security and elevator lines. During peak tourism season, the wait can be as long as 25 minutes to the second floor.
  • Visitors going to the Summit from the second level must also wait in the elevator line. This line can take around 20 minutes to move in peak tourist season.
  • When booking this tour, you will be given a voucher. The ticket for the tour can only be collected at the meeting point after the voucher has been exchanged.
  • The tours do not get canceled, no matter the weather conditions. 
  • Since repairs or maintenance of the Summit do not affect the guided tour, no refund will be given for your Summit ticket. 

About the Eiffel Tower

  • Opening Hours

The Eiffel Tower opens to the public at 9.15 am and closes at 11.45 pm, with the last visitor admission at 10.45 pm.

The staircase is open from 9.30 am to 10.45 pm, and the elevator is open from 9.30 am to 11 pm.

  • Getting there

Since the meeting point is on Avenue de la Bourdonnais, the closest bus station a minute from this area is the Rapp- la Bourdonnais. 

You can also catch a metro to Ecole Militaire station, 8 minutes away on foot.
