You can get 100% of the amount spent on your ticket if you cancel your ticket 72 hours before the time slot booked.

You must arrive at least 20 minutes before the booked time slot to avoid missing the experience.

• You will meet a tour escort at the meeting point at Place de Sydney, who will guide you through the first security check. 
• Please be patient, as huge crowds can slow down the entry time because of security control measures.
• This ticket does not consist of a guided tour, even though you will meet an escort at the entrance. The ticket is a group ticket with a fixed time slot. 

About the Eiffel Tower

• Opening hours

The Eiffel Tower is open from 9.15 am to 11.45 pm, with the last admission time being 10.45 pm. 

You can enter the Tower at 9.30 am since the staircase and elevators open at this time.

The staircase closes at 10.45 pm, and the elevators close later in the night at 11 pm. 

Check the official Eiffel Tower website before planning your visit, as the closing timings change regularly.

Since the meeting point is close to the Eiffel Tower, you can take lines 6 or 9 metro to Trocadero Station.
