Haunted Houses

Universal Studios Singapore’s Halloween Horror Nights have many haunted houses that promise to leave you both terrified and thrilled.

  • Netflix’s All of Us Are Dead

The most awaited of all, Netflix’s All of Us Are Dead is a haunted house based on the popular Korean zombie apocalypse series.

You can experience the key moments from the series in the New York zone of the park.

Bringing the fictional Hyosan High School to life, you’ll walk through faithfully recreated classrooms and other school areas.

If you’re a fan, this haunted house will offer a heightened appreciation for the terrifying scenarios depicted.

  • The Weeknd: After Hours Til Dawn Nightmare

The Weeknd: After Hours Til Dawn Nightmare is a new addition at Sesame Street Spaghetti Space Chase.

Inspired by The Weeknd’s fifth studio album, ‘Dawn FM,’ this haunted house features five all-new rooms.

As you approach the Waterworld exhibit, the constant repetition of The Weeknd’s hits like ‘Blinding Lights’ and ‘Take My Breath’ adds to the eerie ambiance.

Drawing inspiration from last year’s successful debut at Universal Studios Orlando and Hollywood, each room in this house presents a disturbing variant of The Weeknd.

  • DIYU: Descent into Hell

DIYU: Descent into Hell delves into Chinese superstition by taking you through Diyu, the Chinese underworld, with its 18 terrifying levels.

Here, you’ll encounter Chinese demon monsters, gutted bodies, and a quest for light.

Meanwhile, the formidable guardians of the Chinese underworld, Ox-Head and Horse-Face, will pursue you.

Their intricately designed costumes add a layer of fear. So be sure to capture these haunting moments without disturbing your fellow HHN guests.

  • Grimm Encounters

This house takes on classic Grimm fairytale characters but has a horrifying twist.

Familiar faces like Sleeping Beauty and Snow White take on a terrifying new dimension, challenging your perceptions of these cherished characters.

One highlight is the haunting sight of the well-known Pied Piper, draped in the attire of a 17th-century European.

Explore these haunted houses before venturing into the equally eerie scare zones for a genuinely chilling adventure.

Scare Zones

Halloween Horror Nights scare zones can be hit or miss depending on your preferences, but they offer some pretty unique experiences.

  • One standout is The Cursed Kiramam in the Lost World zone.

It’s a crowd favorite, with its natural setting making it a perfect spot for surprise scares in an Indian village cursed by the gods.

You’ll encounter screaming victims in cages, and you might even feel like setting them free, though who’s to say they need rescuing?

  • The Hacker is a two-part experience, with a fairly standard scare zone followed by the Hacker: Game Over live show in the New York zone.

This one’s about a showdown between humans and a potentially sinister AI.

Since the show’s bright lights make the scare zone well-lit, you don’t need to worry about many dark corners for surprise scares.

It’s conveniently close to the entrance and exit for Netflix’s All of Us Are Dead, allowing for a quick show viewing if it fits your schedule.

  • Dead Man’s Wharf, located behind Mel’s Mixtape, is home to Chinese pirate Madame Dragon and her crew.

Crossing paths with Madame Dragon, the most infamous pirate to sail the seven seas, might put you at risk of walking the plank.

Watch for a pirate sporting a Lucio Fulci Zombie mask from Trick or Treat Studios.

If you’re in the mood for a lighter and less intense experience, you can head to the Sci-Fi City scare zone.

It has been given a fun Tiger Beer makeover for Halloween Horror Nights 11.

This zone offers a playful vibe that can give you a breather from the intense scares in other parts of the park.

Shows

Halloween in Universal Studios Singapore offers two chilling live shows that will leave you on the edge of your seat.

At the Hollywood Lagoon Stage, ’Judgement Day’ unfolds as an unfortunate soul desperately attempts to escape his final judgment amidst flames and fury.

The suspense lingers as you wonder if he will run free or become ensnared for eternity.

This opening Scaremony, featuring one of the event’s icons, sets the eerie tone for the entire night.

In the midst of the terror-filled New York area, ‘The Hacker: Game Over’ immerses you in a world where a destructive A.I. invades and corrupts the games of her victims.

It does all of this while attempting to hack out of the virtual realm and into your deepest nightmares.

Tied to the scare zone ‘The Hacker,’ this show brings a digital horror experience to life in the bustling streets of New York.
