• To reserve a seat for children under 4 years old, you must select the free rate “children (0-3)” during the booking process.

• Hotel pickup is available upon request, but only for private tour options.

• Children under the age of 8 are not allowed to enter the Pisa tower.

• There are no refunds if you’re late for the meeting in Florence.
