• The reservation timing you choose when buying the ticket is for the Rijksmuseum time slot. You cannot enter the Musuem before or after the time slot. 
• There is no fixed time slot to take the Canal Cruise. You can board the cruise from the docks at Heineken Experience or Hard Rock Cafe to begin your experience.
• You will receive ticket confirmation as soon as you pay the money.
• The City Canal Cruise is operational on all days from 10 am to 6 pm.
• The last cruise from Hard Rock Cafe departs at 6 pm, while the last cruise from Heineken Experience departs at 5.15 pm.
