Meeting Point

Since this is a self-guided experience, there is no particular meeting point at which to begin your experience.

You must arrive at the Rijksmuseum’s Entrance and show your ticket, from where you can begin exploring the Musuem.

The best way to get to the entrance is to hop on tram numbers 2, 5, and 12 to get to the Rijksmuseum Tram Station.

Important Information About this Ticket

• Smoking is not allowed inside the Rijksmuseum.
• Pets, besides service dogs, cannot accompany you inside the Musuem. 
• This experience is not suitable for visitors using mobility scooters.

• The Musuem is open from 9 am to 5 pm on all days of the week. The ticket counter closes at 4.30 pm.
• This ticket allows you to access the Musuem until 15 minutes after your booked time slot. Visitors can explore at their own pace till the Musuem closes. 
• You can capture photos and videos inside the Musuem without flashing them. Selfie sticks are not allowed in the Musuem. 
• The Rijksmuseum is accessible for visitors requiring wheelchairs for mobility and their companions.
