Ticket Prices

The Duomo di Milano rooftop tickets cost €19 for all visitors over 18 years. Children between six and 17 years old can get the exclusive rooftop access for €10. Children under five years old can enter with a ticket priced at €2.

Meeting Point

Go straight to the entrance of the terraces by the stairs on the left side of the cathedral and scan your ticket.

Important Information About This Ticket

  • The terraces are open daily from 9 am to 6.30 pm, with the last ticket sold at 6 pm and the last admission at 6.10 pm.
  • The cathedral’s last entrance is at 6.10 pm, and guests should expect an airport-style security check.
  • There are 250 stairs to reach the first level of the rooftop. 
  • Visitors can also choose an elevator ride to reach this level. However, there are additional stairs to reach the top level. 
  • The return elevator ride is available only for visitors with mobility issues and others need to take the stairs. 
  • It is not suitable for people with mobility impairments as they may find access to the terraces challenging.
  • Visitors wearing high-heeled shoes, accompanying pets, or wishing to smoke are not permitted.
  • The surface of the rooftop is uneven and visitors need to wear comfortable shoes to walk around.
  • Large bags, drones, non-folding strollers, food, tripods, glass objects, and unaccompanied minors are also prohibited.
  • Modest dress is required for entry.
