Important Information About this Ticket 

• You must bring headphones and a charged smartphone.
• You are not allowed to carry food, drinks, or walking sticks.
• You are not allowed to wear shorts, short skirts or sleeveless shirts.
• The last entry of the day time slot allows you to stay for 45 minutes only.
• The basilica is only open for entry when you have reserved or for up to 15 minutes following.
• Only individuals above eleven are eligible to use the audio guide. 
• After making a reservation, you will receive a digital ticket with a downloadable link.
• Those with limited mobility can enter for free.
