The Sky View Observatory is the latest addition to the observation decks in Dubai that offers stunning 360-degree views of the city from 219.5 meters above ground level.

It is located on the 52nd and 53rd floors of the Address Sky View Hotel, right next to the Burj Khalifa.

What to Expect at Dubai’s Sky Views Observatory

When you get to the Sky View Observatory, the elevator will first take you to the 52nd floor.

Here, you will find a viewing platform with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning views of the city.

For a unique experience, you can also walk on the Sky Deck, a glass floor that provides a bird’s-eye view of the ground below.

It will literally feel like you are floating in the air, watching the hustle and bustle of Downtown Dubai.

From the 53rd floor, you can take a glass slide down to the 52nd floor. You can zip down the 12-meter slide as you zoom down the building’s side.

On the 53rd floor, you will find another platform with even more spectacular views.

Two thrills are part of the Sky Walk Dubai Experience: the Sky Walk on the glass walkway that connects the two towers and the Edge Walk.

The Edge Walk is a hands-free experience that lets you leave the structure and see the city from a completely different angle.

If you want to try it out, be vary of its timing. The Sky Edge Walk experience is open from 2 pm to 9 pm daily.

Sky View Observatory Dubai Tickets

The Sky View Observatory Dubai tickets give you access to the 52nd and 53rd floors of the Address Sky View hotel, where you can get a bird’s eye view of the Dubai Metropolis.

A one-time glass slide is included in this observatory ticket, but if you want to try it one more time, it will cost you AED 25 ($7).

Adults over 12 years of age will pay AED 81 ($22), and children between 4 and 11 will pay AED 66 ($18).

If you opt for the Sky Edge Walk experience, the ticket will cost you AED 709 ($193) per person.

A visit to the Sky View Observatory Dubai at night is an excellent way to see the city lights.

You can see the crown jewels of Dubai, from the elegant Burj Khalifa, dancing Dubai Fountain Show to the Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah.

As the Observatory is open daily from 10 am to 9 pm, you can visit whenever it is convenient for you.

The observation deck is usually busiest between 4 and 6 pm because it is sunset time and lots of people flock to see the best views.

Usually, this is the best time to be at the observatory.

It is best to visit the observatory deck after 7 pm if you want to see the city lights come alive with your loved one in a relaxed environment.

However, remember that the last entry to the Sky View Observatory closes one hour before closing time.
