How to Read the Map?
You can obtain a physical map at the entrance or download it online before your visit.
Each attraction and ride in all the zones of the park is marked by a number ranging from 1 to 137 on the Tokyo Disneyland Map and 1 to 106 on the Tokyo DisneySea Map.
The amenities such as restrooms, first aid, smoking areas and more are denoted by a symbol (Check the Blue Box on the downright of the map).
The theme park is divided by color, and each area has numbers (colored according to their respective zones) denoting rides, entertainment venues, shops and restaurants.
Each number has been named and explained in the colored boxes on the map.
For instance, you are in the “FantasyLand”. It is denoted by the colour “Purple”.
Let’s say the nearest attraction to you is the “It’s a Small World (Number 75)”, and you want to go to the “Haunted Mansion (Number 84)”.
Now, by locating both numbers on the map, you can easily understand that you need to walk towards the left side to reach the haunted mansion.
Similarly, you can easily navigate the whole park once you have an idea of the map.
Note: This “way of using the map” applies to both the parks.
