Important Information About This Ticket
- Visitors must be aware that children under eight years old, individuals with mobility impairments, and those with heart problems are not permitted to enter.
- There are dress code restrictions which specify – no shorts, large bags, short skirts, sleeveless shirts are allowed. Modest attire is preferable.
- Arrive on time for your visit, as late arrivals will not be granted entry.
- All metal objects, bags, or containers must be left in the cloakroom located at 21 Piazza del Duomo. Only small bags or backpacks with a maximum size of 20x30x38 cm and no weight restriction will be accepted.
- The cathedral’s opening hours vary by season, with the last entry 30 minutes before closing.
- From November to February, it’s open from 10 am to 12.45 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm. In March, it’s open from 10 am to 6 pm. From April to September, it’s open from 10 am to 8 pm, and in October, from 10 am to 7 pm.
