The Spectrum of Life exhibit features over 1,500 species ranging from tiny organisms to huge beasts, highlighting 3.5 billion years of evolution. 

The Dodo bird and the Siberian tiger are only two examples of extinct and endangered animals seen in a display case and on a timeline of past mass extinctions. 

A BioBulletin keeps you updated on biodiversity studies, while videos take around nine ecosystems to discuss preservation challenges.

Hall of North American Forests

The Hall of North American Forests discusses the diverse forests of North America, from spruce and fir forests in Ontario to cactus forests in Arizona.
