Meeting Point
Le Champ de Mars Cafe is the meeting point for this combo experience.
You will spot your guide outside the Cafe at Avenue de la Bourdonnais.
Visitors must exchange the voucher they receive online for a ticket to the Tower at this spot.
You cannot collect the ticket from the Eiffel Tower directly.
However, please ensure you are on time since latecomers who miss the host will miss the complete experience.

Important Information About this Ticket
- Bring along your passport or ID card as identification proof.
- Ensure your smartphone is completely charged while traveling to the Eiffel Tower.
- Large bags, suitcases, non-folding baby strollers, padlocks, glass objects, and explosives are not allowed inside the Tower.
- The tour is not a guided experience. You will only be accompanied by a host to guide you to the second-floor elevator leading to the Summit. You must continue exploring by yourself at the Summit.
- The cruise ticket can be used anytime after the Eiffel Tower visit during the operating hours. You will get your tickets via WhatsApp or mail if needed.
- The cruise ticket is valid for a month after you use the ticket to explore the Eiffel Tower.
- Visitors must wait in line for the entrance and the elevator.
- If the Summit of the Tower is closed for repairs or due to bad weather, there is no guarantee of a refund or rescheduling of your visit.
