Ticket Prices

The Roma Pass has two options on the basis of the validity of the pass you choose: the 48-Hour or 72-Hour City Card. The 48-Hour City Card costs €33 for all adults aged above 18 years, while the 72-Hour City Card costs €53 for all adults aged above 18 years. Admission is free for children under 18 years of age at most attractions.

Pick up Point

You will need to pick up your voucher at the Tourist Information Points (Punti Informativi Turistici, PIT) in the city. The following are the pickup points and their timings of operation for both types of passes:

  • PIT Fori Imperiali, Visitor Center Via dei Fori Imperiali: 10.30 am to 8 pm
  • PIT Minghetti, Via Marco Minghetti (corner to Via del Corso): 9.30 am to 7 pm
  • PIT Castel Sant’Angelo: 9.30 am to 7 pm
  • Ciampino, G. B. Pastine Airport – External area International Arrivals
  • Fiumicino, Leonardo Da Vinci Airport – International Arrivals – Terminal T3

Important Information About This Ticket

  • What to carry: Passport or ID card 
  • For kids under 18 years, most attractions provide free admission.
  • Children under six get free entry for free with the Rome Civic Museum Network.
  • To ensure that the attractions are open and to find out how to reserve entry, make sure to visit their official websites.
  • Reservations for the Colosseum and the Borghese Gallery must be made online in advance.
  • Checking the activation of your Roma Pass for transportation:
  1. Green Light: Place your card on the yellow reader on the vehicles, if it shows a green light, the activation has been recorded correctly. 
  2. Red Light: If you see a red light on scanning, the activation has not been successful. In such a case, note the date and time at which the activation error was recorded and alert the driver or inspector as well.
