By Metro

The Metro is the most efficient way to get to Madrid Palace.

The nearest metro station to Palace is Ópera, which is on lines 2 (red) and 5 (blue). 

Once you arrive at the Ópera metro station, follow the signs to the Madrid Palace.

The palace is located on the east side of the station, and it takes just a 5-minute walk to reach it.

The Madrid public transit system is also relatively affordable.

A single metro or bus ticket costs 1.50 Euros, and a day pass costs 12 Euros.

By Bus

If you prefer to travel by bus, bus routes 133, 146, 147, 148, 3, 65, or 74 will take you to Madrid Palace.

The closest bus stop to the Royal Palace is Santo Domingo. It is located on the Calle Bailén, about a 10-minute walk from the palace.

Buses typically run from 6 am to 11.30 pm, though exact running schedules depend on each route.
