The iconic cabaret club, Moulin Rouge, located in the Montmartre district of Paris, is known for its extravagant shows, lively atmosphere and delicious French cuisine. 

A Moulin Rouge dinner show combines all of these elements, making it a perfect evening out in the city of lights.

Grab a seat at the 850-seat Belle Epoque and devour the taste of France.

When purchasing a ticket for a Moulin Rouge dinner show, guests have two options: the Belle Epoque and the Toulouse-Lautrec menu.

Chef Arnaud Demerville creates the menus, valid from 21 September to 18 December.

The Belle Epoque menu

The Belle Epoque menu gives you choices between three courses of the meal.

Course I

The first course allows you to choose between the following:

  1. Poached organic chicken egg, cream of chestnut, pumpkin and leek dressing, mushroom pickles, truffle gouda cheese, ground cazette hazelnuts
  2. Smoked salmon from fumaison, remoulade sauce, coco curry, sliced potatoes
  3. Homemade pâté in a pastry crust with foie gras, chicory tatin style and raw

Course II

The second course allows you to choose between the following:

  1. Low-temperature cooked sea-bass, spinach with parmesan cheese, emulsion of hazelnut buttered potatoes, parsley sauce
  2. Pan-fried fillet of veal, roasted potatoes Swedish style, yellow wine sauce

Course III

The third course allows you to choose between the following:

  1. Walnut success cake, fig compote, homemade nut praline
  2. Autumn leaf cake style, meringue wrapped in a chocolate mousse, pepper scented quince

Toulouse-Lautrec Menu

The Toulouse-Lautrec Menu also gives you choices between the three courses of the meal.

Course I

The first course allows you to choose between the following:

  1. Duo of Tangy Lentils with Old Balsamic Vinegar, Fresh Goat’s Cheese Panna Cotta, Marinated Beef Chips with Smoked Chilli
  2. Tataki style red tuna, horseradish, flying fish roe with wasabi, multicolored beetroot declination

Course II

The second course allows you to choose between the following:

  1. Codfish slowly oven baked, sesame seed roasted with yuzu, risotto of pearl barley with squash, aged parmesan emulsion
  2. Breast of red label chicken griddle cooked, parsnip declination, truffle butter sauce, herb salad

Course III

The third course allows you to choose between the following:

  1. Almond tart with a Szechuan pepper poached pear, traditional whipped cream
  2. Gingerbread, light vanilla mousse, candied squash and citrus

The food is delicious and beautifully presented, making it a perfect prelude to the main event: the cabaret show.
