The Next Level Dubai is an observatory deck on the 54th level of the Palm Towers, a tall building in the heart of Palm Jumeirah.
The Next Level Dubai is a new viewing deck at Palm Tower that opened in February 2022.
This observation deck is accessible by two flights of stairs from the 52nd level.
On the 52nd level, you have the View observatory deck, a floor-to-ceiling glass deck with the best views of Palm Jumeirah.
You will be taking the superfast elevators to the View, beyond which you must climb stairs to reach the Next Level.
While the View is an enclosed deck, the Next Level Dubai is an open observatory deck where you can feel the strong wind brush against your face.
Visitors can view Palm Jumeirah from a bird-eyes perspective and the majestic Burj Khalifa.
The Next Level Dubai is the highest vantage point on Palm Jumeirah, providing a calm and serene experience.

Opening hours of Next Level Dubai at the Palm Tower
This observation deck is open daily, Monday to Thursday, from 9 am to 10 pm.
The Next Level Dubai is open from 9 am to 12 noon from Friday to Sunday.
The last entry is one hour before the closing time of the observatory deck.
It is best to visit early in the morning to skip the crowds.
However, for the best views, visit during sunset or at night.
Next Level Observatory deck tickets
Visitors must purchase a separate entry ticket for the Next Level observatory deck.
The Next level entry ticket offers access to both the 52nd floor and 54th floor of View at the Palm.
Entry to the 54th floor is not included in the general entry ticket.
This ticket offers skip-the-line access, entry to all the exhibits, the aquarium tunnel and more.
The Next Level View at the Palm ticket costs AED 175 ($48) for visitors over 13 years.
Children between 4 to 12 years get the ticket for AED 120 ($33).
Kids below 4 years old can get free entry to the observatory deck.
