You can take the Metro lines L4 Barceloneta or L3 Drassanes to reach the Barcelona Aquarium. 

If you’re taking the L4 Barceloneta, get off at the Barceloneta Metro station

After leaving the station, turn right along the main road that goes parallel to the water. A vast, grassy field will appear after a few minutes. 

To reach the Aquarium, cross the street and walk about 11 minutes through the grassy plaza.

Another option is to take the L3 Drassanes and get off at the Drassanes stop, next to the Columbus monument. 

After that, proceed to the waterfront and follow the path made of wood that leads to Maremagnum. 

You can reach the Aquarium by turning left from the Maremagnum Mall and walking for 17 minutes.
