Meeting Point 

If you are at the train station, your guide will pick you up from the Starhotels Terminus. He/she will have a sign with your name. 

If you are coming by cruise and your ship docks at the cruise terminal, then your guide will be at the exit, where you can see the sign “stazione marittima.” 

However, if your ship docks at any other place, stay near it, and your guide will come to find you with a signboard.

Things to Know Before You Go

  • The tour duration is an estimate and is subject to variables such as traffic conditions, transfer points, number of participants, and more.
  • Only English is guaranteed for the Mt. Vesuvius portion of the tour, out of the four languages available.
  • The needed language cannot be guaranteed if only one participant speaks it.

    In the event that this occurs, you will be offered an alternative or complete refund.
  • If Mt. Vesuvius National Park is closed due to inclement weather or other reasons beyond the local partner’s control, your park entrance tickets will be refunded.

    Alternatively, you can visit the MAP virtual museum in Pompeii instead with the audioguide option.
